Watchnation have simply appalling customer service. Bought a £200 + Seiko watch, which was faulty from day one. They said there's nothing wrong with it! Even after returning it.
They are now ignoring my emails, so it's been sent to Seiko direct, under warranty.
Just wish I'd read all the 1-star reviews in the first place.

Superb watches at superb prices. Ordering couldn't be easier. They arrived quickly and I am delighted with my purchase. These are some of my favourite watches in my collection, I am looking forward to their next offering.

Easy ordering experience even with mail problems arrived in two days. Easy to get a good fit on the bracelet. Exceptional value with sapphire crystal and Seiko movement, out does Seiko itself.

Had a problem with a watch I bought and asked Watchnation to sort it out but they told me to send it direct to Seiko.
The watch couldn't be fixed but there wasn't a replacement available and Watchnation had successfully swerved their responsibility by just not replying to my emails.

One star for sending the right watch. Remaining no stars for truly appalling, actually non-existent Customer Services. No acknowledgement of my email regarding inability to register my Cestrian dive watch or answer to two other basic questions. Having read all 5 pages of Trust Pilot reviews, WN is a "Marmite" company - you either love them or hate them. I will never use them again and I am a collector with 16 watches including Rolex, Hamilton, Citizen and Casio G-Shock and have never in my 77 years met such a watch dealer. AVOID!...EDIT Coinciding with this review's publication, on the same day I received an apologetic email from WN Customer Services saying that their manager would contact me that same day ... needless to say he did not! Nuff said.

Delayed shipping with no explanation until I asked.
Very slow customer service but did reply in the end.

My Watch arrived in good time and far better than expected, how the Cestrian Watch was made for the money I will never understand.

Made an order. No contact responding to messages. Didn’t send item as promised. Had to get a refund through PayPal. Complete waste of time and disappointment. Never use again. Avoid.

I liked the Cestrian Master watch that had been developed by Watch Nation itself. All the specs looked very good and the pictures showed a nice watch. Surely it couldn't be that good for £125? Amazingly, it is a lovely, quality watch that works perfectly, wears well and is comfortable. I even measured my wrist and they got the bracelet fitted to the right size. Wow. I like that a UK outfit developed it too. Well done.

I bought a Cestrian dive watch from Watch Nation at a very good price. The brand is new and very affordable. Well worth checking out.

I can not praise Watchnation or the watch I bought from them enough. Its their very own in-house brand, and absolutely stunning, with a champagne sunburst dial, applied hour markers, and a design that can accommodate, a smart casual day or a vodka martini shaken not stired tuxedo evening...
The specs: 40mm casing, 20mm lug width, a Seiko NH35N movement with a 40 hour power reserve, sapphire crystal, solid link bracelet, 100 metres waterproof and a see through case display. A lot of watch at a very low cost.

I purchased a Seiko 5 watch in January 22, which ceased working in August. I returned it, as instructed by Kieran and one year later - I am still without my watch. e-mail response tardy and I am concluding that this is a company one should not buy a watch from.
